About Conrad Stevenson's Paranormal P.I.
Conrad Stevenson’s Paranormal P.I. is a first‑person, single‑player simulation where you act as a methodical ghost investigator. You receive case requests, travel to haunted sites, and use real‑world investigative tools to gather paranormal evidence.
When enough proof is collected you employ Trigger Items to help spirits find closure, or exorcise demons, and then store recovered relics in a haunted museum at your office. Multiple visits to a location are expected before a case can be completed.

Investigation Process
Cases originate from Conrad’s new office in New Eidolon and send you to distinct haunted locations, each with its own history and multiple ghosts. You may end an investigation at any time and return to the office to regroup, which encourages planning multiple trips.
The description notes that early visits often yield little evidence, so patience and repeated exploration are built into the core loop. Returning later lets you continue working toward enough evidence to fully investigate the place.
- Schedule several short visits rather than one long session.
- Use the office as a natural pause point before heading back out.

Evidence Collection
Success requires gathering enough evidence to satisfy property owners, while also learning each ghost’s past. The description emphasizes that both quantity of proof and understanding of history are necessary for a case to close.
Each location’s unique ghosts demand careful observation; the game encourages you to note patterns across visits, linking evidence to the spirits’ backstories.
- Record the type of evidence found on each trip.
- Compare notes between different locations to spot recurring behaviors.

Trigger Items & Closure
After sufficient evidence is gathered, you receive Trigger Items that facilitate a spirit’s closure. Using these items at the appropriate moment helps the lingering entity move on.
If a location is identified as a demon infestation, the process shifts to an exorcism, after which the recovered relic is placed in Conrad’s haunted museum.
- Read each Trigger Item description before activation.
- Separate demon cases for focused handling.

Client System
Each completed investigation attracts new clients who contact Conrad for help with their own paranormal concerns. This expands the pool of locations you can explore and adds narrative depth.
Clients reach out with their paranormal concerns, and learning about those concerns can help guide your investigative approach.
- Review client notes for clues about a location’s history.
- Prioritize cases that introduce unfamiliar ghost types.

Office & Haunted Museum
Conrad’s office acts as a hub where you can regroup and store relics recovered from exorcised demons. The haunted museum displays these relics, offering a visual record of completed cases.
Returning to the office is always an option, letting you regroup and plan future trips to a location.
- Check the museum regularly to track progress.
- Organize evidence in the office for quick reference.
