About Colony Survival
Colony Survival is a 3‑D sandbox where you guide colonists through a world they build themselves. You place structures, manage resources, and research technologies from the Stone Age to gunpowder weapons. Multiplayer lets friends share a single colony or run separate settlements, while extensive mod support and regular updates keep the experience fresh.

Dynamic 3D Pathfinding
Both colonists and monsters navigate the terrain you create, using bridges, tunnels, stairs, overpasses and underpasses. This system lets you direct colonists while preventing monsters from reaching key areas.
Strategic placement of walls, moats and forts can block monster routes, ensuring safe passage for your workers.
- Build multiple layers of paths to give colonists alternatives if monsters block a route.
- Use overpasses to separate monster traffic from colonist traffic.

Technology Tree Progression
Start in the Stone Age with primitive jobs, then unlock new jobs, blocks, upgrades and weapons through an extensive science system. Research leads to gunpowder weapons, gliders, printing presses, rails and more.
Advancing requires resources found in special locations; you can purchase them or locate them with the astrolabe and build outposts.
- Prioritize resource‑rich outposts to speed up tech advancement.
- Balance research between defensive upgrades and transportation tools.

World Exploration and Settlement
The game features a large, diverse world with unique resource nodes on mountaintops, swamps and other biomes. Use gliders and rails to travel quickly between locations.
Outposts can be built in these areas to harvest resources needed for tech upgrades.

- Connect outposts with rails for efficient material transport.

Multiplayer Co‑op
From the main menu you can launch a co‑op server and invite friends. Players can share ownership of a single colony or run separate colonies and trade items and science.
