About Chrono CCG

Chrono CCG is a free‑to‑play collectible card game that lets players manipulate time. Each agent can “Immortalize” into a stronger form during a match, and any card can “Shift the Timeline” to alter the rules for both sides. The game offers draft, ladder, direct challenges and solo practice modes, with progression that rewards booster packs. Developed by Infinite or Bust Games, it runs on Windows and macOS and includes options such as Mouse Only and Custom Volume Controls.

01 / THE GUIDE

Immortalize Mechanic

When an agent meets its condition, it ascends into an Immortalized form. This transformation also upgrades every copy of that agent in the player’s hand and deck, creating a strategic timing decision.

Planning the turn an agent Immortalizes can flip the momentum of a match, as the stronger form influences subsequent plays and board presence.

  • Observe opponent’s agents to anticipate when they might Immortalize and prepare counters.
  • Synchronize your own Immortalize triggers with your overall game plan for maximum impact.

02 / THE GUIDE

Shift the Timeline

Any card can Shift the Timeline, changing the rules that govern both players until another Shift returns the board to its prior state. This global effect lets players force their preferred playstyle.

Shifts remain in effect for both sides, so timing and anticipation are crucial to avoid giving the opponent an advantage.

  • Use a Shift early to establish a favorable rule set before the board fills.
  • Watch for opponent’s Shift cues to plan a counter‑Shift that restores balance.

Game Modes

Chrono CCG supports draft, ladder, direct challenges and solo practice, all of which are live. Draft lets players build decks, while ladder tracks ranked progress.

Direct challenges enable one‑on‑one matches, and solo practice offers a single‑player environment for testing strategies without opponents.

  • Try solo practice to experiment with new Immortalize combos before entering ladder.
  • Participate in drafts regularly to stay current with evolving card pools.

Progression and Booster Packs

Playing the game grants progression that hands out booster packs. These packs can be earned simply by playing, without requiring purchases.

Players may also buy packs, decks, and cosmetics, but earning packs through play is the core progression loop.

  • Focus on daily play to accumulate packs steadily.
  • Balance purchases with earned packs to diversify your collection.

Platform and Input Options

Chrono CCG runs on Windows and macOS, with features such as Mouse Only Option, Custom Volume Controls, and Color Alternatives. The game can be saved at any time and supports family sharing.

These options ensure accessibility for players who prefer mouse input or need adjustable audio settings.

  • Enable the Mouse Only Option if you find keyboard shortcuts distracting.
  • Adjust Custom Volume Controls to suit your listening environment during long sessions.
