01 / THE GUIDE
Story and Setting
The tower’s Peoples have been divided since ancient times, each unable to speak with the others because of fear and mistrust. Your role as the Traveler is to uncover the truth behind this division and mend the broken bonds.
The narrative draws inspiration from the myth of Babel, presenting an endless labyrinth where each floor reflects a distinct culture, technology level, and architectural style.
- Observe each floor’s environment for clues about the resident Peoples.
- Listen to character dialogue; it often hints at the underlying mistrust.

Language Puzzles
Puzzles revolve around five interconnected languages, each acting as both lock and key. Symbols must be noted in your notebook, then matched to glyphs spoken by the Peoples.
Solving a language restores a word, which in turn re‑establishes a link between the isolated groups, gradually unlocking new areas.
- Keep your notebook organized; label symbols by floor.
- Cross‑reference glyphs across different Peoples to find common roots.
