About Boba Cafe Simulator
Boba Cafe Simulator lets you run a milk‑tea shop alone or with up to eight friends in online co‑op. You hand‑craft drinks, set menus and prices, place equipment, and manage deliveries, blending casual simulation with light RPG growth.
Beyond the shop you can farm, fish, and socialize with neighbors. Weather, holidays, and night‑only customers shift demand, while extensive decoration options let you design a shop that becomes a city landmark.
01 / THE GUIDE
Co‑op Gameplay
Up to eight players can join a lobby, using voice or text chat to coordinate tasks such as drink‑making, deliveries, or register work. The game lets friends split responsibilities, reducing the need for hired staff.
Co‑op mode tests friendship and teamwork, allowing players to cooperate for growth or sabotage each other. How you play—cooperating or causing chaos—is entirely up to you.
- Assign clear roles early to avoid duplicated effort.
- Use chat to share weather or holiday updates that affect demand.

Drink Crafting
Every cup is made by hand: cut fruit, brew tea, cook tapioca pearls, grind coffee beans, add ice and syrup. Over 100 recipes can be unlocked, and future Workshop support will let players add their own drinks.
Menu pricing is fully adjustable, letting you experiment with low‑price high‑volume or premium high‑margin strategies while the market reacts to each choice.
- Keep ingredient stock balanced to prevent bottlenecks during rushes.
- Test price points on a few drinks before applying them broadly.

Delivery Platforms
Multiple delivery services are available, each with its own contract fees, revenue splits, and traffic patterns. Choosing the right platform can offset wage costs for hired staff like Fred, who can also work the register or deliver orders.
In co‑op, friends can handle deliveries themselves, eliminating rider fees and giving direct control over order flow.
- Compare platform fees during low‑traffic periods for better margins.
- Use friends for deliveries when you have enough co‑op participants.

Shop Customization
Players can place, rotate, and adjust shelves, counters, digital signs, wallpapers, lamps, and even bedding. Decorations boost popularity and help turn the shop into a destination, while the shop name is fully editable for personal branding.
Future Workshop support is planned for custom decorations, expanding visual options beyond the built‑in assets.
- Group high‑traffic stations near the entrance to improve flow.
- Experiment with lighting to see its effect on popularity.

Weather & Seasonal Drinks
Eleven real weather types directly affect customer preferences, prompting demand for hot cocoa in winter or cold watermelon juice in summer. Limited‑time drinks appear for holidays such as Spring Festival, Halloween and Christmas.
Night‑only shops and mysterious customers introduce rare items and magical potions, encouraging experimentation with unconventional recipes.
- Watch the current weather to pre‑stock appropriate drinks.
- Prepare holiday menus in advance to capture seasonal traffic.
