About Among Us
Among Us supports 4‑15 players online or on a local Wi‑Fi network as they ready a spaceship for launch while hidden Impostors try to eliminate the crew. Victory comes from completing tasks or ejecting every Impostor, while Impostors win by killing enough Crewmates.
The title runs on Android, iOS, PC and consoles, allowing cross‑platform matches. It includes in‑game text chat, Discord voice integration, and a host list for quick online games, making it suitable for LAN parties or remote play.

Game Modes
Two core modes are offered: Classic, where Crewmates finish tasks and Impostors sabotage and kill, and Hide n Seek, which uses different win conditions but the same reporting and voting mechanics.
Both modes can be customized with options such as the number of Impostors, task count, and extra roles, letting the host shape each session to the group’s size and preferences.
- Increase Impostor count for larger lobbies to keep tension high.
- Use Hide n Seek when you need shorter rounds.

Maps
Four ship layouts are available: The Skeld, MIRA HQ, Polus, and the Airship. Each map features its own vent network, security cameras, and task locations that affect movement and strategy.
The map is selected when the lobby is created and remains fixed for the entire match, so all players share the same layout throughout the round.
- Memorize vent routes on each map to move quickly as an Impostor.
- Check camera feeds on larger maps to monitor distant teammates.

Customization
Players can personalize their avatar by choosing a color, hat, visor, skin, and pet. These cosmetics do not affect gameplay but help identify teammates during discussion.
Customization is accessed in the lobby before a match begins and can be changed between games, allowing each round to start with a fresh appearance.
- Select a distinctive hat or pet to make it easier for allies to spot you.
- Coordinate colors with friends to streamline visual communication.

Communication Tools
The game provides in‑game text chat and integrates with Discord for voice discussions. Players can report dead bodies, call emergency meetings, and vote to eject suspects during these sessions.
The Admin map and Security cameras give visual information about player locations, supporting deduction and coordinated responses to sabotages.
- Use the Admin map to verify who was near a reported body.
- Mute your microphone when not speaking to avoid revealing information.

Cross‑Platform Play
Among Us runs on Android, iOS, PC and consoles, and all platforms can join the same online lobby, letting friends on different devices play together without barriers.
Features such as Steam Achievements, full controller support, and Remote Play on phone or tablet are included, but they do not alter the core multiplayer experience.
