About 异化之恶〇Abnormal Treatment
Abnormal Treatment is a pixel‑art role‑playing game set in the Kepler‑452b sanatorium, where staff tend to “ABNormals” – patients with distinct abilities. The story examines how society treats those who differ from the norm and the exchange of profit for care.
Players explore the facility, solve puzzles, and make dialogue choices that shape one of seven endings. A true ending appears after collecting specific alternate endings, and the whole experience runs about two to three hours.

Main Characters
Carina manages the second and third floors and possesses healing and mind‑control abilities. Marie is a timid recuperator with a liquid‑void power, while Noel provides an eternal chill and tells jokes. Voss and her twin Zoey each wield solar or lunar X‑ray vision, showing opposite attitudes toward Carina.
Modi works as a reliable repairman with no special power, and Dr. Chimaz directs the sanatorium, aiming to make it feel like a second home. Light Type Beta‑T913, a medical robot, oversees the first and fourth floors and is described as a loyal assistant.
- Notice how each character’s ability mirrors their narrative role.
- Compare the twins’ X‑ray visions for thematic contrast.

Gameplay Exploration
The game blends map exploration, puzzle solving, and choice‑driven dialogue within a pixel‑art setting. Players move, dash, and interact using the listed hotkeys, while occasional quick‑time events add timing challenges without introducing combat systems.
Progress is measured by story advancement rather than traditional RPG statistics. Dialogue selections directly affect which of the seven endings the player experiences, encouraging careful reading of character interactions.
- Take time with each puzzle as you explore the map and make choices.
- Observe quick‑time cues to avoid unnecessary failures.

Endings Structure
Abnormal Treatment offers seven distinct conclusions. The true ending becomes available after the player has obtained Bad Ending 3, Bad Ending 4, the Normal Ending, and the Happy Ending, then selects new dialogue at a later point.
Each alternate ending reveals additional story details about the sanatorium and its inhabitants. Collecting multiple endings therefore expands the overall narrative rather than providing separate gameplay content.
- Record which endings you have seen to plan for the true ending.
- Re‑visit earlier dialogue after unlocking new endings for fresh options.

These hotkeys constitute a complete keyboard scheme, allowing navigation, interaction, and dialogue management without requiring additional peripherals.
