01 / THE GUIDE
Spell Synergy and Relics
The game features many schools of magic, such as lightning, air, gravity and time, each providing active spells for combat. Relics grant passive effects that can alter how those spells behave, encouraging players to match spells with complementary relics.
Combining upgrades with relics creates stronger interactions, which become increasingly valuable as deeper floors introduce tougher enemies and hazards.
- Experiment with different spell‑relic pairings to see which passive effects boost your chosen school.
- Prioritise relics that share an elemental focus with your primary spells.

Oblome the Orbite Pact
When the player becomes sealed in the tower, a sentient Orb called Oblome proposes a deal. The pact requires the player to protect Oblome from danger, and in return Oblome offers protection.
This relationship is woven into the narrative, making the defense of Oblome a recurring objective that influences how players approach encounters.
- Treat threats that could harm Oblome as high priority during combat.
- Observe any changes in Oblome’s behavior after successful defenses.
